About Uptown Real Estate

Uptown Real Estate was created in 2017 by Jay Krabbenhoft and Jo Kvamme, seasoned Realtors part of the FM Real Estate scene since 1978. Originally the starters of RE/MAX Realty 1 in Fargo, they decided to branch off in order to be able to better serve their clients. Establishing Uptown Real Estate allowed Jay and Jo to be able to keep their commissions at a reasonable rate and offer more services for their clients!

OUR MISSION

At Uptown Real Estate we aspire to restore the Realtor image to be one of guidance and educating clients rather than focusing on sales. We want to encourage young generations to put down roots so that our community continues to have upward economic growth and for older generations to be able to live comfortably in their homes as long as possible. This is accomplished at Uptown Real Estate by using the latest technology, traditional values, transparency and staying a smaller local company with quality real estate agents.
